This policy explains how FlashConnect handles personal data across candidate applications, company accounts, sourcer referrals, CV storage, and platform operations.
FlashConnect collects account contact details, company information, sourcer profile details, job listing data, candidate application details, CV files, referral attribution data, and operational status history needed to run the platform.
Candidate CVs are stored in a private storage bucket. They are not public assets. Access is issued through short-lived signed URLs and is restricted to authorized internal review workflows.
When a candidate applies through a sourcer referral link, we store the referral token, channel, sourcer relationship, click activity, and application attribution so referral performance and commission eligibility can be reviewed.
Applications may store category, subcategory, selected skill tags, matched job tags, and match-score fields. This taxonomy data is used to help internal teams review fit and may later support matching improvements.
We use personal data to create accounts, review job applications, manage company hiring requests, operate sourcer attribution, administer commissions, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records for platform operations.
Application, CV, referral, and commission records are retained while they are needed for recruitment operations, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and financial review. Data deletion or anonymization requests are handled case by case when retention is no longer required.
Candidates, company contacts, and sourcers can request access, correction, deletion, or anonymization by contacting FlashConnect support. Some records may be retained in limited form when required for compliance, security, audit, or commission accounting.
