Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use only the account type intended for their role. Internal staff must use the internal login route.
Candidate applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee interview, placement, or employment. Candidate information may be reviewed by authorized internal teams for recruitment purposes.
Sourcer referrals
Referral links are tracked by channel and token. Commission eligibility depends on internal review, application status, attribution integrity, and the applicable commission workflow.
Company submissions
Company users are responsible for accurate job listing information. Listings remain subject to admin review before public publication.
Content and acceptable use
Users may not upload unlawful, misleading, malicious, or unrelated content. FlashConnect may restrict access or remove records where required for security, compliance, or operational integrity.
Data and privacy
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy, including CV storage, referral attribution, taxonomy matching data, retention, and deletion request handling.
Service changes
FlashConnect may update platform workflows, review rules, and public pages as the MVP evolves. Material privacy changes should be reflected in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Use of FlashConnect is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
